All Serpent Board products are covered under a one year full repair/replacement warranty from the original purchase date. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. It does not cover abuse, intentional or otherwise, or normal wear components such as wheels, bearings, belts, or grip tape.
After one year of ownership or damage as the result of abuse, we will repair or replace the damaged product at the cost of components.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our product, you can return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for your money back.
